Wearparts warrants all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 1-year from the date of shipment to the end user. All other product is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts if returned to Wearparts under prescribed policy.
Please contact a Wearparts representative with your issue. From there, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be completed to being the process of returning product.
We have a large amount of inventory on hand available for immediate shipment.
Delivery is free on all orders of rubber tracks and track pads, regardless of destination. G.E.T. also ship free when ordered together with tracks or pads. If G.E.T. are purchased separately, standard ground shipping rates will apply and will be quoted at the time of order.
There is no minimum quantity per order. Whether you need a single part or a full pallet, we’re happy to fulfill orders of any size. We aim to provide flexible solutions that fit your operation’s needs—no minimums required.
Any order can be picked up at our Chicago IL or Valdosta GA warehouses with a 24-hour notice (if inventory is available).
